    1hour 40 Minute - $260

    General Info and Tips In Scheduling As follows:

    All of my session are scheduled and priced for spaciousness and the dynamic nature of this work. I offer no less than 100 minute sessions, at this time - in order to best serve you in receiving a proper and effective therapeutic treatment.

    Tips are gratefully accepted, but not expected.

    If you are in need of a sliding scale, to make my work accessible for you and live full time in the RFV, please inquire within to discuss.

    Prenatal & Postpartum Massage - is one of my favorite treatments to give and is offered in same time frames and price-points as listed above.

    A few pro-tips for picking your session length - and what to expect around your booking, as follows …

    Please plan for a thorough check-in, (which is not part of your paid-session length); so please be on time, so you can receive most-fully and plan for a bit of extra time in getting settled and back into the world with ease. :)

    In-home treatments - are sometimes available between Glenwood Springs & Aspen. Outcalls require a 3 hour minimum of services and a 1-time travel fee will be applied - based on distance travelled from my office in Carbondale.

  • Join me in the comfort of your home for a custom crafted movement practice with roots in yoga, Chi Kung and many other mindfulness-based modalities to meet your body and spirits needs and goals.

    $200 - per 80 minute session
    or $900 for 5 sessions!
    (Save $100 when you commit to a series!)

    Each Additional person is $40, up to 4 additional people.

    Massage - inclusive and sound healing bundles also available, upon request!

    Allow me the honor of bringing my 20+ years experience into you home, hearts and intentions for a more dynamic and connected relationship.

    These fun, custom and interactive classes give you life-long tools to connect deeper, listen closely, communicate your needs and use your body effectively, in giving your partner a dynamic, yummy and inspired massage!

    Principles of touch, moves, and how to ergonomically move, no matter your environment for giving and receiving, will be discussed in detail. Bonus take-home materials and follow up Q&A session is included in any offering.

    2-5 Packs available based on your vision and goals as a couple!

    3 hour “Basics workshops” also available for 2-4 couples at a time.


    Classes are available in home or at Avalanche Guest Ranch and Hot Springs for a small extra fee!

I consider myself a forever - student of the healing arts, and am constantly adding modalities, and trainings to my tool kit to best serve my clients. Many techniques from both eastern and western schools will be integrated in your session, based on your needs and preferences at no additional charge.

  • My beautiful, hand-selected, Colorado-river stones are some of my favorite tools helps us melt away surface tensions!

    I use them throughout your session to infuse our work with the forces of some -oh- so-yummy, deep-earth magic.

  • If you are unfamiliar with cupping, heads up, it’s ancient…and awesome!

    This wonderful modality is all about separating the layers of Connective Tissue or Fascia, to detoxify and bring more circulation and space, to the many systems, intricately woven together by this deeply complex system.

    This work can be intense, especially in places where it’s most needed! Cupping is truly one of my favorites although in unraveling the old - and inviting in what’s functional and new.

  • I am an Advanced Practitioner of Phenomenal Touch Massage®.

    This is a multi-dimensional style of bodywork, developed by the talented Leslie Bruder, in Eldorado Canyon, Colorado. 

Phenomenal Touch is know throughout the world as a heart-forward, deeply honoring & compassionate form of bodywork.

    Although this style attributes part of its’ magic, to over 100 unique movements; its’ underlying 20 principles are what give this modality and its’ practitioners a level of mastery and awareness of our craft, which is rare in the field.

    This fluid style of massage can feel like a seamless improvisational dance and follows the rhythm of your unique somatic needs. Using dynamic movement and deep listening techniques, which mirror qualities attributed to Watsu, Trager Therapy and Thai Massage, we are able to unlock old, stuck, patterns, at the just right level for you.

  • All office sessions include biomat therapy. The Richway BioMat® combines deeply penetrating Far Infrared heated rays, Negative Ions and the superconducting benefits of 18 pounds of Amethyst and Tourmaline crystals to provide a full-body therapeutic treatment.

    Far Infrared therapy (FIR) involves the use of Far Infrared rays to gently heal, soothe, stimulate and detox the body and mind. Far Infrared Rays are invisible waves of energy that have the ability to penetrate all layers of the human body, into the inner-most regions of the tissues, muscles and bone. Far Infrared Therapy uses these waves, or rays, of energy to slightly elevate the surface temperature of the body. When the internal temperature of our bodies is raised, we can enhance the body’s functioning on multiple levels and increase immunity.

    As well as help with functions aiding in in fat loss, chronic fatigue, water retention, skin disorders, as well as help with the elimination heavy metals and toxins from our bodies.

  • This is a tool I use in my own yoga practice and I am very open to sharing with you (on whatever level you are open to) to help you to connect more deeply with your most spacious and authentic self.

  • Is a forever evolving modality in my office, where I use forks, healing bowls, chimes and other elements to calm, ground, enliven and cleanse your nervous system and energy bodies alike.

  • I use therapeutic grade essential oils from Doterra and Young Living as well as beautiful Flower Essence sprays from Alaskan Essences for all around health, energetic clearing and yumm factors alike.

  • I often use active release techniques to open grumpy, stuck muscles and gain flexibility within the body. More of a “sports massage” or Thai-inspired focus can always be brought to any session upon request.
