With over 20 years of training and experience, my sessions have become an integrative and intuitive dance of therapeutic inquiry. I specialize in therapeutic bodywork with an emphasis in deep tissue, neuromuscular and Phenomenal Touch Massage.

Many modalities will be integrated within your session, based on your needs and preferences at no additional charge. You can expect extras like sound healing, cupping, hot stone, far infared therapy, energy medicine and aromatherapy to be interwoven in your treatment and you are always welcome to request more or less of a theme for your treatment, at any juncture.

Hi. I’m Amber.

Some could say, I’ve been on the holistic path for a lifetime. Raised by Massage Therapists and naturalists, my path has been blessed by the wisdom of many generations of healers and systems thinkers.

I started my formal training as a Massage Therapist, over 20 years ago and completed my foundational, 1,000 hour program through Boulder College of Massage Therapy, in 2006. Throughout the years, I have accumulated over 3,000 hours of bodywork certifications, from five accredited schools, diving deep into modalities such as Neuromuscular Therapy, Energy Medicine, Phenomenal Touch Massage and Wastu (Aquatic Bodywork). I have also completed many trainings around Yoga and Mindfulness, which directly fuel and inform my practice.

This creative and intuitive work, can often feel like a seamless improvisational dance, combining techniques from both eastern and western modalities to help unlock stuck patterns, at the just right level for you.

I especially LOVE working with those who are already on the path of healing, dedicated to showing up with awareness, open hearts, and healthy boundaries, so we can most effectively play in the realm of “what else is possible.”

On a personal note; I love deepening the intersections between my passion for the brilliance of human systems with my endless appreciation for mountains ecosystems, permaculture design, land stewardship, and all kinds of soul-filling, artistic pursuits alike. I am deeply grateful to be living in the Roaring Fork Valley and building community, since recently relocating here from Steamboat Springs, Co, where I had a practice for over 18 years.
